Nando's Medium Peri-Peri Grind is a medium-hot savory blend of coarse sea salt, herbs, spices, and the exotic Peri-Peri pepper from Africa. The nifty thing about Nando's Grinders is that they allow you to choose between coarse/whole seasonings and ground seasonings, all from one bottle! If you want whole spices, just twist off the entire top to pour them out. If you prefer to grind the spices, simply pop off the lid and twist the top to custom-grind the spices right onto your food (but don't grind over steaming pots, to prevent caking). Nando's Medium Peri-Peri Grind has a pleasantly peppery fire that's not too hot, and has a slightly garlicky flavor and hint of citrus that's wonderful over grilled chicken, meats, seafood, fries, burgers and more. We grind it over salads and cooked veggies, and it's also quite good in stews, dips, soups and on baked potatoes. Nando's Medium Peri Peri Grind is made in South Africa, and is Kosher Parev, non-GMO, and MSG free.
