Simply marinate meat, chicken, seafood or vegetables for at least 15 minutes, or overnight (except for fish), and then grill, bake, roast, stir-fry or barbecue, basting generously with more sauce while cooking. Or, if you're really pressed for time, do what we do: place a fish filet on a microwave-safe plate, cover with Nando's Lime & Cilantro Peri-Peri Marinade, cover and microwave until fish flakes (usually just 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, depending on thickness of fish and wattage of microwave oven).
