The nifty thing about Nando's Grinders is that they allow you to choose between coarse/whole seasonings or ground seasonings, all from one bottle! Simply twist off the entire top to pour out the whole spices, or pop off the lid and twist the top to custom-grind the mixture right onto food (but don't grind over steaming pots, to prevent caking).
