Developed from a Portuguese family recipe dating back several centuries, Nando's Barbecue Peri-Peri Sauce imparts an intoxicatingly rich tomato and pepper barbecue flavor to meat or chicken, with a medium heat level from peri-peri peppers. Simply marinate meat or poultry for at least 15 minutes (preferably overnight) with Nando's Barbecue Peri Peri Sauce, and then grill, bake, roast, stir-fry or barbecue, basting generously with more sauce.
