All of the products listed on our Low Sodium/No Sodium page are actually Very Low Sodium products with 35mg or fewer of sodium, or No Sodium at all. Here is where you will find hot sauce, BBQ sauce, condiments, seasonings, dry rubs, snacks and other zesty products to fit your low salt or no salt dietary needs. Although the generally accepted definition of "low sodium" is 140mg of sodium or less per serving, we apply the threshold level of 35mg or fewer of sodium, which is defined as "Very Low Sodium". We do this because hot sauce and BBQ sauce tend to have very small serving sizes, usually between 1 tsp and 2 Tbs, and therefore we feel that the lower threshold of no more than 35 mg of sodium per serving is more helpful to folks following low sodium and low salt diets. As usual, these Low Sodium/No Sodium sauces, rubs, condiments and snacks are arranged in alphabetical order.
