Catalog: At this time we do not offer a printed
catalog due to our ever expanding and changing product lines of sauces. Our
online store serves as our real time catalog of products which we are
continuously updating and updating.
Payment: Our online order form accepts
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmericanExpress and
Gift Orders: If the name of the person
the order is being shipped to is *different* than the name of the person the
order is being billed to, we will assume the order is a gift and we will *not*
include an invoice in the box. You can include a Gift Message for FREE with any
order - simply fill in your message in the "Gift Message" section of the online
order form, and don't forget to "sign" your name unless you're sure the
recipient will know who the gift is from.
Shipping Information: Generally, all
in-stock orders received by 2:30 PM Eastern Time on a business day (M-F
excluding holidays) are shipped the same day or within 24 hours (the following
business day). Orders cannot be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or national
holidays. Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable, in which case
you will be contacted via email and given the option to substitute for a different product or
to modify your order.
Shipping Within the USA (excluding AK and HI): We offer shipping via UPS (Ground, 3-Day Select where available, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver where available, and Next Day Air), as well as USPS Priority
Mail. Unless you need expedited shipping, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail is
typically the cheapest and most reliable shipping methods. If you are shipping
to an address within North Carolina, UPS Ground delivers the next business day at the regular low Ground rate, and is the only service available. ***Please Note: UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, or to APO/FPO addresses.***
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses: At this
time, we regret that we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or Military addrersses.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories:
For shipments to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and US territories, we ship via UPS
Ground, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, or Overnight services.
International Shipments: At this time, we regret that we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the USA (including APO/FPO) and its Territories.
Shipping Costs: We charge the actual cost that
UPS charges us to ship your order. UPS charges are determined by the weight of the package, the package dimensions, the
distance traveled from our distribution warehouse and fuel surcharges to certain addresses. UPS rates will fluctuate based on the current price of fuel, and our website receives real-time updates from UPS to ensure that you are being charged the correct amount for shipping. It has been our experience that, unless a package weighs less than 2 pounds, UPS is cheaper, faster and more reliable than the US Postal Service for shipping fragile, heavy items like most of our products. ***Please Note: Because UPS
rounds up weights to the next pound, the shipping cost for just 1 or 2 items will
be relatively high compared to the cost of the items. However, as you add more
items to your order, the incremental cost of shipping becomes relatively lower
per item. In short, you save on shipping considerably by ordering more than 1 or
Shipping Address Verification: Please make sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address. If the UPS shipping software cannot verify your address when we are processing your order, we will contact you by email or phone to obtain the missing or correct information. We will not be able to ship your order until we can verify that the shipping address is correct and complete. ***Please be aware that UPS charges us an additional $11 per package shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address, i.e., missing or wrong Apt., Ste., Unit #, Business name if applicable, etc., and the actual return shipping cost for a returned package. Please make sure the Shipping Address you enter online is CORRECT and COMPLETE. If UPS assesses us a fee for a return or an incorrect or incomplete Shipping Address that was not our error, we reserve the right to charge the assessed fee to you.***
Shipping Materials: All orders are
professionally, carefully and attentively hand-wrapped with bubble wrap and
packed in cushioning materials to reduce the risk of breakage in transit. We
make every effort to be "Environmentally Aware" and we typically recycle and re-use
outer carton brown boxes and other packing materials when ever possible. These
proactive steps in recycling allow us to keep our product prices as low as possible
and by re-using sturdy boxes and cushioning materials, we help minimize the amount of waste going to landfills and polluting our environment.
Breakage: If despite our best efforts you receive a broken item, please email us
at email@example.com as soon as possible to report and describe the damage, so that we may file a claim with the carrier and either ship a replacement to you or issue a refund.
Please include your name and order number in the email subject. Please do not
discard any of the shipping box or packing materials as UPS may need to inspect them. As soon as UPS informs us that inspection is unnecessary (usually within 24 to 48 hours of starting a claim), we will notify you so that you may discard the materials.
Returns and Refunds: You may return any item for a refund or exchange by contacting us
at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refunds or exchanges will be granted, less shipping & handling charges (unless we have made a shipping error), upon return of unopened and undamaged items only, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless we have made a shipping error).
