Made on a family farm in the North Carolina mountains, our hot pickled garlic definitely lives up to its name! Packed in an old-fashioned Mason jar, these fiery garlic cloves can be enjoyed straight out of the jar or as a savory-hot ingredient when chopped, minced or sliced and added to sandwiches, salads, soups, ground meat for burgers or meatloaf, and more. Serve it on a pickle tray as a spicy change of pace, or slice thinly to top a pizza! In addition to the pickled garlic cloves, each generous 16 oz jar also contains 2 or 3 whole pickled hot peppers (jalapeno, habanero, etc.), which create the heat and can also be enjoyed as a snack or in food.
